Is The Spa Actually Private?
All of our bookings and sessions are private. As we are a private spa service, we do not mix clients however, there will still be (female only) staff around the premises at all times whom you may encounter during your session. Every session is booked in slots.
Is the Spa & Hammam For Female Only?
No, our hammam and spa is not Female only, and is available and open to everyone regardless of gender or background. For any concerns or doubts, please feel free to call us prior to your booking.
Are the Staff Male or Female?
All of our staff are female-only, and are always on premises to provide you with support and the necessary services. If you have any special requirements prior to your session, please inform us.
Is It Suitable For Pregnant Women?
We strongly advise you to consult your GP or a healthcare professional to ensure our services are safe and suitable for you. Our products are organic, and we take pride in using only the best for our clients. Due to the high temperatures in our facilities, including the sauna, steam room, and hot tub, we recommend that pregnant clients take a 10-minute break every 10 minutes. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility or be held liable for any potential effects on your pregnancy. By using our service, you confirm that you have taken the necessary steps, precautions and research before using our service.
What is the Minimum Age Requirement?
The minimum age requirement for use of our products and services is 16+.
Do you have Parking?
Yes! We have private on-road parking available outside our premises.
Do You Provide Afternoon Tea?
We offer complimentary snacks and hot beverages in the reception area, available for you to enjoy before or after your session. While cold drinks are available for an additional charge, please note that snacks in the spa area also incur an extra fee. For further details, feel free to contact us.
How Long Are The Sessions?
The length of the session depends on the spa package you choose. It can vary from 1 hour to 3 hours, and varies based on the price. For more information, please view our spa packages.
Do You Provide Shisha?
Yes, we provide Shisha for all clients who have purhased a set-up package or has customised their booking to include Shisha (£10). For more information about our set up package, see our set up packages page.
BOOKINGS
Do I Need To Pay A Deposit?
To reserve your appointment, you are required to pay a deposit of £20 (per person) within 30 minutes of booking to confirm your slot. For more information, visit our Terms & Conditions.
What if Im Late or Miss My Appointment?
We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure that all clients receive their full appointment time, please be aware of the following policies:
Lateness: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the time from then onward will be deducted from your scheduled service till your arrival. This ensures that our subsequent appointments can proceed as planned.
No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notification, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable. Additionally, you can not reschedule with your deposit, you will need to pay a new deposit to book again.
Can I Get A Refund?
Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds of any kind. As we do not offer refunds, we encourage everyone to consider their needs before booking an appointment.
