Lumiére Hammam offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. AGE POLICY 16+ ONLY

To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our clients, our spa welcomes guests aged 16 and over. While most spas have an 18+ age requirement, we are pleased to accommodate clients from the age of 16. Children and younger teens, even if accompanied by an adult, cannot be accommodated.

This policy helps us to:

  • Maintain Health & Safety: Our treatments and facilities are designed for older teens and adults.
  • Comply with Insurance Requirements: Adherence to the minimum age limit is required by our insurance.
  • Ensure a Relaxing Experience: Our serene environment is designed for tranquility and may not be suitable for younger children.

We kindly ask all clients to respect this policy. Guests under 16 will not be permitted on the premises, and our team reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with this rule.

HEALTH CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

To ensure the safety and well-being of all our clients, we require that you disclose any existing medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to receiving treatments. This information is essential for our therapists to provide the most appropriate and safe services.

Please note:

  • Disclosure Responsibility: It is your responsibility to inform our team of any relevant health conditions, including but not limited to high blood pressure, heart conditions, recent surgeries, allergies, or any other medical complications. Failure to do so may result in contraindications during treatment.
  • Consultation Recommendation: We strongly advise consulting with your healthcare provider before undergoing any spa treatments, especially if you have underlying health concerns.
  • Skin Sensitivity & Spa Facilities: We cannot be held liable for any skin irritations or reactions that may occur after using spa facilities. Each individual’s skin responds differently to treatments, products, water chemicals, hot tub temperatures, and other aspects of our services. Sensitivity to chemicals, oils, lotions, or heat is unique to each client.
  • Liability Waiver: By proceeding with treatments or using our spa facilities, you agree to release and hold harmless Lumiere Hammam & Spa, its staff, and affiliates from any liability related to adverse reactions, injuries, or complications arising from disclosed or undisclosed medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or use of spa facilities.

Your health and safety are our top priorities. We appreciate your cooperation in providing accurate health information and understanding the nature of spa treatments to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

ZERO TOLERANCE

Our team members are entitled to receive courteous and respectful treatment at all times, free from any form of verbal or physical abuse, menacing conduct, or acts of violence. The use of profanity, threats, or any aggressive behavior is strictly prohibited. Any inappropriate conduct towards our staff, including but not limited to sexual advances or any form of sexual behaviour, will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Furthermore, nudity is expressly forbidden on the premises – the spa maintains a strict no full nudity policy. All clients are required to ensure that intimate areas remain appropriately covered at all times while using our spa facilities or receiving treatments, in keeping with our standards of comfort, dignity, and professionalism. Swimwear or suitable coverings must be worn at all times. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the booking.

The possession or use of illegal substances, including drugs, is strictly prohibited on the premises. Additionally, the consumption of alcohol or smoking on the premises or while using our facilities is not permitted. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the premises and cancellation of services.

Violation of any aspect of this policy may result in the individual being asked to vacate the premises, the termination of their booking without refund, and legal action may be taken if required.

DEPOSIT POLICY

To reserve your appointment, you are required to pay a deposit of £20 (per person) upon booking. All deposits will be deducted from the final cost of the service. All deposits need to be paid within 30 minutes of booking to confirm your slot – if you do not pay your deposit fee within 30 minutes, your appointment will not be secured.

LATENESS & NO-SHOW POLICY

We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure that all clients receive their full appointment time, please be aware of the following policies:

Lateness: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the time from then onward will be deducted from your scheduled service till your arrival. This ensures that our subsequent appointments can proceed as planned.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notification, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable. Additionally, you can not reschedule with your deposit, you will need to pay a new deposit to book again.

REFUND POLICY

At Lumière Hammam, our commitment is to consistently deliver exceptional service, ensuring your satisfaction with each visit. Please note that we do NOT provide refunds for any bookings, products or services purchased at our establishment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. We understand that sometimes you can’t attend the appointments that you make. If you are ever in this situation, we would require at least 48 hours notice.This would mean that your deposit will be rolled over to your
next appointment. Please be advised you would need to reschedule your next appointment within 5 days of cancellation. However, if you do not reschedule, your deposit is completely non-refundable. Please also note that appointments can only be re-scheduled on ONE occasion only.
